On the occasion of International Yoga Day 2021, India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi has announced the launch of the Who mYoga app for smartphones. The mYoga app, available on iOS and Android, is a collaborative initiative by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Ministry of AYUSH in India.
The mYoga is a dedicated app to help users learn and practice yoga daily. It offers yoga training for amateurs and experts and aims to encourage people to make yoga a habit in their daily lives. Currently, the Who m-Yoga app supports 3 languages Hindi, English, and French. However, it will add support for more languages with future updates.Â

What is the Yoga app for Indian government?
Download the mYoga App on Android and iOS:
- Head over to the Google Play Store on your Android and iOS Devices.
- Search for the mYoga app using the search bar.
- Tap on the install option next to the m-Yoga app.
- Open the app once installed to start practicing Yoga.
Currently, the mYoga app provides 10, 20, and 45 minutes of audio and video clips for learning and practicing different asanas.
